Home Actress Nikita Dutta HD Photos and Wallpapers December 2019 Nikita Dutta Instagram - Today, 4th December we hold our chests up high filled with pride to celebrate the #IndianNavyDay But there are a lot more memories attached to this day through our growing up years. The sound of parade practise that used to start taking place almost a month in advance. The naval base went through all the needed repairs and fixes followed by a massive round of inspection. At home, Dad’s uniform according to the “Rig of the day” would take over two days to get ready that he would have to wear today at the ceremony. He used to be cleaning and polishing each ribbon and medal by himself. Nearing any of this was for us kids was inviting trouble! Of course we kids looked forward to something nice we got to eat in school, since it was navy day and during hostel days it was “bada khana” with that staple tiranga rice. Also we were always counting days to the Navy Ball that followed this day over the weekend. All of this felt like a yearly routine then and is much missed today. But there is something about being associated with the Indian navy. And I say this on behalf of us fauji children, we are always wearing that pride on our sleeves! Shano Varuna ! 🇮🇳
