Bindu Madhavi Instagram – Priyanka reddy is not the first women to be raped and murdered in India, nor is she the last…. the day Priyanka’s body was found, a series of 5 deadly rape cases were reported from different corners of the country in a period of two days…. highlights the horrifyingly status of women’s safety in 🇮🇳…. in a society where violence faced by women is still a taboo to talk about, Priyanka became a symbol. A symbol of fact that we are not safe and that we have a long way to go before we can start feeling safe. #justiceforpriyankareddy. This reminds me of a quote by Mahatma Gandhi – The day a woman can walk freely on roads at night, that day we can say tat India has achieved independence.
