We are very particular about the selection of our facilitators of learning and hence follow a rigorous process of recruitment. This involves a thorough interview, followed by an assessment to pick an experienced facilitator. They undergo professional development training at school which allows them to share a common vision for the school and equips them to share a world of experiences with our little minds.
