Home Actress Aparnaa Bajpai HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers February 2020 Aparnaa Bajpai Instagram - Are you living your moment or just scrolling through? - The view of this beautiful city behind me was a moment to live & the smell of lavenders was truly divine. I lived that moment, captured & stored📸 - The idea to put up pictures on insta should be to share stories, inspire & motivate. We need to learn how to discern from real to superficial. I think the idea of sharing pictures on social media, shouldn’t be to show how easy and lovely my life is or how better is it than yours. Be it travel or whatever is it that you all follow. Follow it for inspiration, for motivation, for learning, for listening to real stories & most importantly for love... Don’t follow it for comparison, for judgement, for feeling small of yourself, for hate. Cuz, then my love the problem is not in social media but in how you use social media. Are you constantly scrolling through and getting depressed at looking at perfect lives of others, cursing yourself for not having the same or cursing others for having it??? There is no perfect here!!! We’re all in the same game, juggling and trying to make the best of all we can. As for me, I am on this transformational journey on this planet and I like to share the new things I’m discovering and learning about myself. Cuz you know what it might help someone and social media is the medium;) I choose to watch the content I resonate with and the ones I don’t, I let is pass by with Love not hatred😇 And mostly importantly, I get back to real life🥳 Stop spending your time too much into scrolling. Watch what you like to learn and get inspired from. Share your stories, collaborate and uplift the societies. And then disengage & detach💃 Ok bye👋🏻 I’m going on a social media detox for I don’t how how long. Will come back with awesome pictures soon & many many memories 😘😘😘 #wordsbyaparnaa Spain

When I say my Baby.. I really mean the only baby, I have been a mother to😂
Pinching myself to realize that she has finally gotten married and the kind of happy, I am feeling for her happiness is undefinable.

I feel blessed to have gotten direct guidance from Ramesh Sir. This month has been a challenging & informative period, understanding the real essence of real yoga from the man himself who taught selflessly for FREE for 10 years in Mysore. I totally resonate with his ideology when he says SHARE the knowledge of yoga with everybody.
I can only pay my respect and wish him all the best on his vision of making Yoga a non-business art/knowledge🙏🏻
