Diane Mizota Instagram – Today’s word: Trust. When I sat down next to @Sweeneykristin on a flight to Chicago to shoot a commercial 10 years ago, our connection was instant, as if we’d known each other a lifetime. We shared secrets, tears and so much laughter. As marriage (hers), divorce (mine), kids, work, and growing our businesses have filled our lives, we see each other less often, but whenever we do it’s like we’re still on that plane. (first class, baby!) Sometimes trust is instant. Sometimes the universe brings people into our lives who just fit. Sometimes we get the privilege of seeing those friends soar so high and kick so much ass, it feels as good as if it’s happening to us. Trust. We never know where life is leading us, but I trust that’s it’s somewhere magical, and Kristin is living proof. Not only hilarious, she’s thoughtful, big-hearted, smart and a champion of women. If you don’t know her, she’s the co-creator and star of @imomsohard.
