Diane Mizota Instagram – Self-care is non-negotiable. Especially after finishing 3 jobs in one week! The more I hustle, the more I need to fill the well, especially as a busy creative. Occasionally it looks like this, but even sneaking in an extra 20 minutes of meditation, seeing my friends, going to the fancy gym, or catching a show does the trick.
