Ritika Singh Instagram – I didn’t want to train today. I was anyway tired after shoot and the fact that I don’t have a lot of space to train where I’m staying right now was a very good excuse to skip training 👌🏼 But I was feeling kinda low and I didn’t want to go to bed feeling negative, so I thought I’ll try shadow boxing for sometime and see how I feel. I ended up going on for so long that I couldn’t feel my body during the final round. And I’m glad I pushed myself coz now I’m feeling amazing!! (I’m going to feel the pain tomorrow though 😝) I do this everytime I feel demotivated. You just gotta get up and move. Dance, jump, run, walk do anything. But DO IT 👊🏼 Coz if you don’t, you’re only going to add to the negativity that you’re feeling and it’s only going to get worse and we don’t want that. So next time you feel lost or demotivated, just get up and move for a while.
