Derek Peth Instagram – Hey internet friends. I chose to knock doors in my hometown of Waverly, Iowa last weekend in -17 wind chill for @elizabethwarren because I believe strongly that Elizabeth is the right person to lead our beautiful country. I had a blast!
I spent a lot of time comparing the candidates & while there are many interesting ideas, I think she’s the best representative for our needs. Her plans can balance our economy so that it continues growing sustainably, while saving millions from poverty, hunger, and even death.
I feel strongly about engaging in civics & government both locally & nationally—& have always shared my feelings and information to support my conclusions. I think much of this comes from my Iowa roots. Iowa is the 1st state to decide which candidates represent us in November. I ask everyone (especially Iowans) to fully engage in the politics impacting you and your neighbors.
