The @laanimalservices shelters (and shelters around the country) are operating w/ skeleton crews and no volunteers. This means: dogs aren’t getting out for exercise, interaction, training. This also means that adoptions are down – and as shelters become overpopulated, euthanasia becomes a more and more real scenario.
