Sameera Reddy Instagram – It hurts me that Hans is exposed to the paranoia and fear. But this is the new normal . And imagine if we feel anxiety they feel it even more . 
Signs of deep anxiety in children -finding it hard to concentrate.
-not sleeping, or waking in the night with bad dreams.
-not eating properly.
-quickly getting angry or irritable, and being out of control during outbursts.
-constantly worrying or having negative thoughts.
-feeling tense and fidgety, or using the toilet often.
-always crying.
-being clingy.
-complaining of tummy aches and feeling unwell s 🙏🏼 please be aware and communicate with your child . It’s important . Keeping them busy is a good thing but talking to them and being honest about the situation is recommended . Make them feel safe. Sameera Reddy Instagram – Ladies and Gents. After my meltdown yesterday I decided to just start thinking smart. I need to minimise my stress . Washing . Cleaning . Kids . Managing a full house . And of course. The stress. So I say start freezing essentials . So that I don’t use too many vessels while cooking . Minimise minimise minimise 🏋️ .

For example . – take lots of onions and sweat it down in a Kadai with ghee/oil – after cooling it completely out it in a freezer safe plastic box . (I’m trying to proper but to be honest as this point I’m just putting it in any damn plastic box) – after a day take it out and take the whole block and cut it into big chunks for access for easy cooking . Place back in the box or in a zip lock and return it to your freezer . 
It’s important to be a smart homemaker now more than ever. 
I’ve frozen croissants , breads , paneer , cooked Veg etc.

And I always say . It’s ok to vent . Being only positive can also weigh you down . It’s ok to not be ok . It’s an extraordinary situation and we’re going to get thru this .
