@bejoynambiar , @subisamuel , Sudhir sir and I came together at St Xavier’s College Mumbai, expressed our respective and apparently even divergent views on culture, society, polity and film.
I felt both enriched and energised.
Here’s praying and optimistically hoping that our universities, our country and the world remain such spaces where we can have such conversations, in a time that forces us to believe entirely otherwise.
This was a special and overwhelming evening in many ways.
Here’s to allowing each other to be emotional, maybe oppositional, hoping for us all to be rational, but most importantly, human. @istoria2020_ .
