Upasana Kamineni Instagram – It’s taken time & effort but totally worth it! Cleaning my wardrobe has brought me so much mental peace. I feel much lighter & cleaner. 
I’ve also become a more conscious shopper & value my belongings more. 
Planning to sell my clothes to raise funds for a charity – any suggestions who to donate to ? 
All bags will be recycled ♻️ Try  this exercise over the weekend – if you haven’t worn a certain piece of clothing or shoes for over 9 months – it’s time to get rid of it instantly – unless it sparks joy/ good memories! πŸ˜‰

It’s predominantly plant based. If ur not used to drinking tea / coffee πŸ‘πŸΌ try herbal tea. 
I’m trying to avoid dairy for a couple of days – so I use nut milk instead.
