Amrutha Srinivasan Instagram – Under popular demand. Resharing my story as a post. There are days I wonder if I’m going in the right direction. I talk to people. I listen to people talk. Sometimes it helps and mostly, it has me doubting myself. On those days, my head is filled with messages in my DM that go like “ey vella Kaka..”; “attitude p*nda”; “North Indian dhaane nee unmaiya sollu”; “oh Brahmin fuck uh you are”; “wow you think you’re entitled to work?”; etc… I think of all the “keep going”; “I love your work”; “Livin’ Season 2 yeppo?”; “Akka”; “I wish you act in a GVM movie soon” (idhu naane yosichirken.. aasa padalaam.. thappilla..) on my DM’s. I love you all for all the positivity. And I feel bad when I read those hate-messages. But. I’m learning to deal with it all in the most balanced way I can and make a decision that benefits me and the ones I care about (right now I’m at the top of that list 😬) #onedayatatime
