Deanna Yusoff Instagram – Hi Everyone, How are you all holding up with our situation? I myself have been pretty quiet and not participating or commenting much on social media. I had to very quickly stop reading everything as it brought on a lot of anxiety and stress. I found myself spending too much time on it and not doing anything else. So I decided to go back to the things that make me happy, give me balance and help me to be more productive. I guess it’s my way of dealing with the situation. I’ll share some of these with you in the near future. For the moment I am very fortunate to still be able to connect with nature everyday and I feel for those confined to their homes in the city.
