Jessica Barden Instagram – Today I am going to feature @guerrillatacos found in downtown los angles! Originally a taco truck started by @djwes, @guerrillatacos now has it’s own brick and mortar and continues to make in my opinion the most inventive and delicious tasting tacos. For someone who doesn’t eat meat (moi) the sweet potato tacos are iconic, perfectly cooked sweet potatoes, I dunno what the cheese is (it’s feta I am dumb) but it’s crumbly and tangy, some corn nuts for some crunch, full experience to eat! Taquitos are one of my favourite foods I could eat them all day. I feel like food trucks are what keeps Los Angeles on its feet, it is iconic to Los Angeles (lots of other amazing cities as well ❤️) the fact that someone can have a passion for a kind of food, buy a truck, cook it well and serve people is really cool to me. Some of the best foods come from food trucks, the fact that @guerrillatacos started as a truck and now has its own restaurant is the closest thing Los Angeles has to the American dream (not forgetting angelyne and @spencerpratt ). Let’s keep supporting places like this through this time so that when we come out of it we can still see places like @guerrillatacos glow up and get table and chairs!
