Home Actress Natasha Suri Instagram Photos and Posts – April 2020 Natasha Suri Instagram - So blessed to be born and grow up in a family of true artists. This video is of my Hiraji (The main one dancing). Full of grace, beauty and talent. She was a yesteryear actress in Hindi and Marathi films having acted in more than 50 films and then turned producer. However, she is now retired and leads a life faraway from the arclights. Today she is in her 80s and is full of zeal and spirit. My beautiful beloved mother Radha Suri, my Lifeline (she is no more), struggled her way to Mumbai all alone from her small hometown in Telangana without any kinda support from anyone, to pursue her dreams of cinema. She found an opportunity to act in a few South Indian films later after a lot of challenges. She had managed to survive in Mumbai by finding a job of providing care to a senior citizen couple and in her spare time dashed to give as many auditions as possible to find work as an actress. Can you believe she only knew to speak Telugu at that time and worked so hard to learn Hindi and basic English, nor did she have any financial support from anyone either. What an inspiration! My father Rajan Suri, coincidentally also came from his small hometown from up North to Mumbai alone at a young age with no support, to pursue his dream of becoming an actor, and after a few months got to asst filmmaker Mr Raj Kumar Kohli. Surviving in Mumbai alone as young adults in a city like Mumbai on your own without any backing from anyone was a huge challenge in it's own. He later turned to starting his own garment business from scratch in a bid to build more stability. Genes, DNA, environment, desire play such a big role in a child's natural inclinations and passion in life. No wonder, we 3 daughters took up to being infront of the camera like a fish to water. It's what we love and where we feel at home. Gratitude to my mother, grandmother, father for this gift of love for the performing arts. I feel honoured to be born to them. Whatever I am, is because of THEM. I truly believe so. However, I feel I'm not even a percent of their potential. Have such a long way to go. Miles of achieve before I sleep. πŸ™β€πŸ™‚ #TrueArtists #Dreamers #natashasuri
