Roisin Conaty Instagram – So the first cakes I EVER made were @nigellalawson recipe red velvet cupcakes on @britishbakeoff and I got a Hollywood hand shake, please let’s not dwell on how the rest of my bakes went.. suffice to say Paul wouldn’t even let me look at his hands by the end of the record…anyway I haven’t baked since then so today I gave em another bash. My kindly downstairs neighbour Kevin lent me vanilla extract and a muffin tray and cup cake casings,I have no food colouring & they are not the best looking but they are pretty delicious. Hope everyone is ok and finding ways to get through this strange Easter. Lots of love to those who are struggling & working on the front lines today ❤️
