So much of what i set out to do when I started training with Drew was about aesthetics and while that was achieved, I quickly discovered that it was just a bonus! What i’m truly thankful for is the discipline, the knowledge,the focus and the motivation! It is the stuff that incredible coaches are made of and I’m so lucky to have one! the muscles and the six pack and all the other things we look for are just a consequence of the hard work and dedication .. if you have someone that guides you through this and also gives you the tools to handle it yourself whenever you have to then you have yourself a winner! Not only are they the rules in India but it’s my civic duty to use my brain and be responsible That means my income of course has been affected but I have faith that the plan will work and this will pass and i will be able to return to business activities before it’s too late That said, my work is not just about money and having people like this speak of how I have affected their lives shows me the bigger picture of what I do.
