Tom Hopper Instagram – So @laurahopperhops makes the BEST dark chocolate coconut & almond flour cookies. I mean they’re meant for the kids, but I might sneak the odd one they’re so good😋 Absolutely zero sugar, and only sweetened with a little monk fruit from @lakanto. I’ve actively noticed Freddie becoming less and less addicted to sugar and sweet things in general in the last year. Which a little over a year ago we thought was impossible to do for him, as all he wanted to eat was sugary processed food. This cookie is made with 100% cocoa from @montezumaschocs, very little sweetness from the monk fruit, as we don’t want him to get too much of a taste for overly sweet things, but at the same time we want him to have treats! This is the perfect balance for Freddie and he LOVES them. His taste buds have changed dramatically, and he no longer desires the high level of sugar that once had a very negative affect on his little body. He’s doing so well, and I love seeing his beautiful face light up eating these. Dark chocolate of this quality has some really excellent health benefits for the brain and the body in general, so he’s winning all round with these👍🏼 So nice to give him a treat knowing it won’t give him a spike and then a crash, he stays level and that makes life a lot easier for Freddie…..and us 😅 #foodismedicine
