The World Organisation for Animal Health, the World Veterinary Association (@world_veterinary_association) , the Indian Veterinary Association (@ivaassociation) and the Animal Welfare Board of India (@animalwelfareboardofindia4) have stated clearly that companion animals do not transmit this disease to humans. Please continue caring for the dogs and cats in your home and those in the community. If you’re feeding stray animals in your community, please do so alone and not in groups.
