If they need it, offer to go grocery shopping for them. (Leave it at their door to limit exposure). ❤️
We live in times where many live away from families. Let’s all look out for each other. ❤️
Take time to get to know yourselves & your families again. Read, meditate, listen to music, write. We’re always running around doing the most important things 🤓.
