One month since we finished the last of the bare body scenes for #Aadujeevitham. On the last day, I had dangerously low fat percentage and visceral fat levels. Post that..one month of fuelling, resting and training my body has got me here. I guess my crew who’ve seen me a month ago when I was at my weakest, and way way below my ideal weight will be the ones truly surprised. Thanks to @ajithbabu7 my trainer/nutritionist and Blessy chetan and team for understanding that post “THAT” day, shoot will have to be planned with enough time allocated for my recuperation. Remember..the human body has it’s limits..the human mind doesn’t! @dqsalmaan #TrainingDone 😎
Reunited 👨👩👧 ❤️
BACK! #OffToQuarantineInStyle
9 years ❤️ Apart for now..together forever! #LoveInTheTimeOfCorona
Happy Mother’s Day Amma ❤️
This picture was taken during last Vishu. We had an amazing lunch that day with the families of all those who help us be who we are, day in and day out. This year our family like many others is split apart by thousands of miles due to corona virus and the subsequent lockdown. However, We still hope and pray that all of us can be united with our loved ones really soon. #HappyVishu
Happy birthday Chettan! ❤️ 🤗 @mohanlal
My 7 days of institutional quarantine ends today. Now off to the next 7 days of home quarantine. A huge thanks to @oldharbourhotel and its extremely well trained staff for the hospitality and care. PS: To all those who are going to or already in home quarantine, remember..going home doesn’t mean the end of your quarantine period. Do abide strictly by all quarantine regulations and make sure no person belonging to the high risk population group as stipulated by the authorities is at home. @iamedgarpinto @kashiartcafe
#Aadujeevitham Schedule Pack up! 😊❤️
When you’re so pumped about getting back into shape that you have a mini gym set up in your quarantine room even before you arrive! Thank you Vibin @fitness4ever.india and @jaish.george 😊
Rest in peace #IrfanKhan
There is so much more you had to give. So much more you could do for Indian cinema. You’ll be missed.
Meet Zorro! 🐶❤️
Throwback to our cross country drive in Jan 2020 @supriyamenonprithviraj ! Enroute Mont Blanc, taking a break from the long hours behind the wheel at the Switzerland/France border. Had such different ideas about the year ahead back then! Hopefully, the world will come back to normal soon, and travellers and explorers will be back to doing what they love best!
No other director had explored the emotions of human beings in this century, like Anjali Menon. Her movies are basically ” an ocean of love “. Humans beings are literally her weapons. Koode was also built on emotions, which was so pure. Essence of true relationships can be really seen here, especially between Joshua & Jenny. The feeling we get while we watch these two is still priceless. It’s beyond our words! Watching Jenny was like drinking an energy drink. If we have a sister like Jenny, then our life will be definitely like a heaven. On the other hand Joshua is the face of some harsh realities we know in real. That’s why some of us like to remember Koode, more for Joshua.
Joshua is not a stranger for us. There are many Joshuas around us, who sacrificed their youth & childhood for the family. The scene where he says he doesn’t know the feeling of going to college, we can feel the anger & pain of such Joshuas. But we never felt like hating him, for expressing his feelings. Instead we also felt sorry for him. His parents & sister loved him, but he never got the opportunity to feel it in real, as he was always busy working for his family. Love has to be expressed sometimes. He was desperate for love.
When he got the love he deserved, we saw the changes in him. The healing power of love calmed all his frustrations & literally gave him a new birth. When he finds his father’s love in those toys, or in the moment, where he refuses to sell their van, you can see the changes that brought by love. Love heals everything & Joshua is a perfect example of that.
While we watch it for the first time, you might think, why it’s Prithviraj as Joshua, as Joshua was a soft, ordinary man. Prithvi rarely did such natural roles. But while the movie reaches the latter portions, you will get an answer for it. No other actor of this generation can handle those scenes like Prithvi did. He has a unique ability to convey certain emotions. In the end, When we hear ” Jenni Poyi “, along with his tearful eyes, you can feel it to the maximum.
Time & distance mean nothing between brothers & sisters. They are always in each other’s heart, like Joshua & Jenny.

This is a sad sad week for cinema. Rest in peace #Rishi sir. Had the absolute privilege of working with him in #Aurangzeb and I’ll forever be thankful for the time I got to spend with him. Used to tell me he can’t call me by name as I shared it with his grand father. Farewell legend. We will miss you!
Eid Mubarak ❤️
