Anveshi Jain Instagram – and how I overcame depression. One thing if you want to take from me – do not give up on your dream of being an actor . There is one thing that rises above the unfairness of the world or say Nepotism is your Belief. Believe in your talent and your intuition. Don’t get intimidated by what’s happening around . Do not give up !!!!

Anveshi Jain Instagram – Surprisingly nobody even considers that the depression or the problem could be internal and deep rooted and absolutely unrelated. Sometimes it has nothing to do with your career , love life or even unfulfilled dreams. I have seen cases where one had everything going perfect and still they can’t put a finger on what’s making them sad or anxious .
Speaking of myself I could also only heal after accepting and knowing the root of my triggers and patterns . They were from childhood. But I healed . Little understanding of ourselves and others obviously leads to blame the system, society and the external nuisances, but most of our troubles are self created and magnified in our own mind and a fragile mind will succumb to the depths of negativity. We all have something good and something bad going in life . They co-exist . It’s never good OR bad , it’s good AND bad . Be it your partner , yourself or your life . The only way my little mind could escape depression is by magnifying,enlarging the Good part , it automatically makes the bad part look so small . “Gratitude “ is the only pill that’s to be taken everyday and even more so when you think u have nothing.
