Emily Rios Instagram – At 31, I’m once again learning how to walk
For the past 3 months, it’s been a slow, gradual crawl
Prior to that, I was running at the speed of light into a brick wall
Then around in circles until my recent inevitable fall
With immense patience and grace, I’m standing back up again
I’m grateful for the opportunity to pause
And forced to look within
This process is slow, but there is tremendous progress.
This is my path and this is where my growth begins
I am alive!
And this is my chance to live this time
To not just survive but to finally thrive
