Whenever people ask me how I have been during this time, I always seem to answer “I’m grateful.” I know that sounds corny yet… it’s true!
I have been keeping a routine. I don’t know about you but I need a schedule -some kind of regimented activity.
I have been running in the morning , doing a daily meditation (twice a day @jeffkobermeditation!), delivering food to elderly, walking the dogs, calling my mom, and staying open to side job opportunities.
That said, I can still feel restless, irritable, and discontent.
Fear creeps in.
Then I remember that we are all something greater than our small minds and ego.
When I get overwhelmed, confused, or scared I get to remember that it will pass. All of it.
The highs and the lows.
The delight and the despair.
