I can get so caught up in how I am being perceived, what people are thinking about me, what they’re saying about me. I can fill my head with thoughts that I “shouldn’t have said this” or “wish I wouldn’t have done that…”
That kind of thing.
Let’s all be so kind to ourselves today. Let’s speak with the utmost respect and honor ourselves for the amazing people we are.
