Sameera Reddy Instagram – It’s a Messy Mama Beauty review featuring @thetribeconcepts and today I’m talking about skin hydration and why I feel it’s important . . 🌿I love face oils but it’s important to remember every skin type is different and I shift from combination to dry skin. . 🌿Your skin starts to over-produce oil in reaction to stripping the skin of oil which is why keeping the skin balanced by applying a good moisturiser/face oil is key. . 🌿I used to have a lot of acne when I was shooting and the mistake I made was over drying the skin with washing it too many times and not applying moisturiser in fear of blocking the pores . Again this may work differently on skin types but this is what worked for me. . 🌿You have to Choose a moisturiser suited to your skin type and move to a good quality face oil . . 🌿I usually apply the face oil or moisturiser at night to wake up to well moisturised skin in the morning which helps with the fine lines in my opinion . During the day I use a simple cream with sunscreen . . 🌿Skin hydration is your best friend especially for anti aging . . 🌿Also keep in mind your healthy lifestyle , good sleep and drinking loads of water is the real key. 🌿Now again this is my experience and I’m no expert and you have to try what works for you ! . 🌿My skin regime is nothing hectic because I don’t have the luxury of time but we all have to still try our best !!
