Brian K. Vaughan Instagram – Saturday is Local Comic Shop Day! Visit your friendly neighborhood retailer, and you can pick up a copy of WALKING DEAD: THE ALIEN, a special in-continuity one-shot that artist Marcos Martin and I originally created for our digital home @thepanelsyndicate, available in print for the first time thanks to Robert Kirkman and @skyboundent, with new gray tones from @cliffrathburnart and classic undead lettering from @ruswooton. Anyway, I’m currently on top-secret assignment somewhere in the South Pacific, but I’ll be back tomorrow and might swing by a few Los Angeles-area stores to support the amazing work our retailer friends do. Brian K. Vaughan Instagram – The Irishman is a complete masterpiece, one of Scorsese’s best. Performance of a lifetime from Pesci, magnificent cinematography by Rodrigo Prieto (who also shot the forthcoming Y pilot; cheap plug). Definitely worth seeing on the big screen if your bladder can handle the 3 1/2 hour runtime, especially if you can make it over to the Egyptian Theater, where I got this swell lobby card. Can’t wait to watch it again. #Marvel
