I decided to take Paul to one of the oldest Italian bakeries in Philly, @isgro_pastries . We met Gus, the owner who we talked with for almost thirty minutes about the eagles and his experience making pastries for the pope, etc. I miss and love this city so much! But more importantly, I told Gus how much we need a bakery like his in Nashville.
