Alicia James Instagram – I’ve worn this mask so many times during this pandemic and the response I get is oh that’s so cute. But not Saturday. As I was walked through Costco, I got more stares with looks that wonder if I’m wearing it as a statement as my tall black husband walked next to me. I wasn’t but yes. I am sad. I’m numb. I’m hurt. I’m angry. It’s not freaking fair. But even though I’m hurting and in pain for our people, I still have to love as Jesus would want me to do.
