We must continue exploring and discussing the issues surrounding social justice and inequality that have existed for far too long. Silence is not an option.
So for the next 19 weeks(!), some of my friends and colleagues and I will be sharing 19 words and terms you need to know for 2020. These are terms you’ve definitely been hearing a lot lately, but they are NOT NEW. We’re not experts or authorities, but we are so excited to talk about the ideas we’re exploring, share our resources, and host Instagram Live segments that will bring us together with some of those activists who work in support of justice and equality. Most importantly, we want to acknowledge the reality and existence of these issues, continue this conversation into the future, and encourage those of you who may be unsure about how to engage to go for it! We must struggle through the discomfort in order to get to a better, more equal place for ALL PEOPLE. I hope you’ll check us out and follow along!
