Indiana Black Instagram – Made ramen, it was so spicy.
The broth was chopped scallops and ginger in sesame oil. Then 2 tbl spoons of tamato paste till sticky. 5 cups of cold water to a boil while adding cooked mushrooms (2 different types fried up with garlic, ginger, and leek). Once boiled, let simmer for 10 minutes until veggies are soft. Then spoon veggies into blender with 2 cups of broth. Puree. Mix puree back into broth over a simmer while adding butter. Add 4 table spoons of soy sauce and 2 table spoons of Mirin.
Served over ramen noodles with soft boiled egg and spring Onion. Top drizzled with roasted garlic in sesame oil, topped with sesame seeds, and mixed with pepper and salt. DRIZZLE LIGHTLY OVER TOP AS SUPER HOT. | Posted on 29/Mar/2020 01:47:45
