I am hugely proud of this and we did not ever expect this show to be at this point and be so loved and respected. I am just so grateful. If you are here on this page then I presume it’s because you support and love this show and the people who made it and the people that made it DEMAND CHANGE in the film and tv industry and in the world. It is imperative that this industry move forward and be more inclusive and I don’t wanna be in this industry if it does not. I don’t wanna be on sets anymore and only see 1 or 2 black people, we all knew this we all saw it and now we gotta speak up. I don’t wanna see this industry white washed anymore, it’s keeping jobs from people that deserve them, holding talent back that deserve the opportunity to grow and it is also quite honestly fucking boring just seeing the same white cast tv shows and films all the time. White people we gotta fucking learn and reflect learn and reflect until you know how you can be helping black people properly in your jobs and in our lives, this HAS to be the start of better times. The British industry has a LOT of work to do and you all knew it, it has continued to reflect the issues of the country and the problems it has with race and class and how it traps people and holds them back. The world is influenced by what it SEES in tv shows and films. DO SOMETHING USEFUL WITH THIS, I WILL BE.
