Got this recipe on line and tried it the first time …came out so so well im proud of myself and the recipe 🥳 Here goes 👸
STEP 1 :
Marinate 1kg chicken with 1tbs turmeric and half cup yogurt and one lemon
Keep aside for half hour add salt
STEP 2 :
20 Kashmiri red chilies
Pepper 3tbs
Coriander seeds 2tbs
Cumin seeds 2tbs
Ginger garlic paste 2tbs
You can always add or minus the above for ur taste
STEP 3 :
1cup ghee
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
