Sonali Bendre Instagram – An afternoon well spent! 🌈☀️ Thank you @namratashirodkar for getting me to do this. It made me think of the things that are most important in these trying times. My ‘art’ if I can call it that, deals with very key factors… health, immunity, nutrition and very importantly mental health. Through this, I also want to share my experience of working with the @cuddlesfoundation, an amazing organisation that is helping to deliver the right kind of nutrition to underprivileged children suffering from cancer. I would like to nominate @suzkr @neelamkotharisoni & @shunalikhullarshroff1 to lend their voices to the #CoronaQuiltProject, an amazing initiative that aims to connect with people through art during these testing times. @coronaquiltproject
Sonali Bendre Instagram – When the world as we know it is in chaos, we can’t help but feel despair. I did… I sat with it, I connected with it and I had a conversation with it. But I soon realized if I gave into it… everything would be lost. So I kicked it out the door and put on my cloak of hope because I realized in all that despair, there is always someone somewhere who will give you hope. These are the stories that brought me out of the darkness and I think we all need to see and hear more. If you have any such stories to share, please, please send them to me and hopefully, we can hold onto them and find our way back to light. #OneDayAtATime 😄
