Btw; Loosing the amount of weight that I did is a health risk. I was weekly monitored by clinical nutrition physiologist Anette Skarpaas Ramm @asrernaering to make sure my body could take the radical change. Loosing weight in general is not a joke. Changing your nutrition and intake will always have an impact on your mental health and your body.
