Ronan Donovan Instagram – For those of you living in Czechia (Czech Republic)🇨🇿 can keep an out for this cover showing the female chimpanzee named Lia with her daughter, Azania, hitching a ride on her back. I photographed this troop of wild chimpanzees in 2011 in Uganda’s Kibale National Park. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ I believe the cover text reads something in the realm of Real Planet of the Apes – the relationship between chimpanzees and people in Uganda is tested. ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ This community of chimps, named the Kanyawara Community after the nearby village, has been studied by Dr. Richard Wrangham and others for nearly 40 years.
