Bethany Mota Instagram – Wake up and STRETCH!!!! Recently i’ve been stretching more cause i miss being able to do splits.. and that was like 12 yrs ago.. Time to be more active! Speaking of which, if you didn’t know, I am teaming up with @always_brand to help support @girlsontheruninternational which is a non profit organization dedicated to helping girls stay confident through puberty, so more girls can stay active and connected at home. Now more than ever it’s important for girls to stay involved in the activities that help build confidence. This is why Girls on The Run hasn’t stopped their programming and are one of just a small amount of school programs that have remained active and serving the community through remote programming. It’s great to see Always promote the Girls On The Run campaign at @Target stores and online! Lastly, thank you to Always and its parent company, P&G, who recently established a fund to commit $5M to organizations fighting systemic bias and inequality like the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund with their “Take On Race” initiative.
