Now that abortion is safe and legal, a little less than one in four women do. Yesterday, the Supreme Court majority recognized this reality, despite two judges appointed by Trump, the accidental President, who doesn’t give a damn about women and who craves the support of antiabortion evangelicals. And in too many states, there are still travel and money restrictions on a normal and essential part of healthcare. ⠀ ⠀ For both women and men, democracy begins with power over our own bodies. We won’t rest until all Americans of every sex, race and income live in a democracy.
