Sameera Reddy Instagram – This is really the easiest dessert and soooo tasty it’s unreal! With such few ingredients that are easy to find at home it really transforms into a fabulous chocolate dish! For Raskha Bandhan I needed to come up with something super quick for our FamJam and it was perfect for the occasion ! Sassy Saasu aka @manjrivarde was the master taster as usual and this got her stamp of approval 😅 and I have to say she looks absolutely fabulous today 🤗❤️
All you need is –

100g Butter
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 CupWater
800g Biscuits (mainly Digestive but also whatever you have Parle , chocolate , any hard crumbly biscuits)
1 Cup (200ml) Cream
200g Dark Chocolate

In a small saucepan melt together the cocoa powder, sugar and water on a medium flame. (add the water in parts and keep stirring to avoid lumps and the sugar burning ) after it is dissolved add the butter. Keep stirring . it takes about 10 mins to thicken in a Yummy chocolate sauce . Keep aside to cool for 10 mins .

In a large bowl break up the biscuits into pieces. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the bowl with the biscuits. mix well until well combined

Press the cake mixture into a lined ( I didn’t have any) springform cake pan or a glass dish if you don’t have the pan and place in the fridge.

Heat the cream over medium heat and bring to a boil. Take it off the gas and put the chocolate in the pan and cover for 10 mins. Mix it well. And the ganache mix is ready !

Pour the ganache over the chocolate biscuit cake and place it back into the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. And it’s ready ! Super easy !
