Surabhi Santosh Instagram – My latest collaboration with the highly talented @dy___bbuk, what better day to post than today. #Birthdays are days to reflect upon life, while we feel grateful for the gift of life that is given to us, it also makes us realise how brittle it actually is. Just like a beautiful piece of glass. It may break or chip unexpectedly and even though it can never return to how it was, if we have the patience and strength to fix it, it is beautifully imperfect in its own way. Life has a uncanny way of teaching you things and in recent days, I have learnt what it means to have loved and lost. It makes you grateful for all the beautiful souls you have had the privilege to cross paths with in life and all the love that we have been able to give and receive in our short time on earth; to cherish what we have at the present moment and realise the beauty of the moment, as we are living it, is of utmost importance because who knows?…. it just might not be the same tomorrow. So thank you, thank you all for sending love and positivity my way today, I needed it and I pray to god that I can use what I receive to make the world a better and more colourful place.
