There’s something about friendship… There’s something about food.
And then when they come together, it takes life to another level.
Food nurtures and brings joy and when we can have conversations accompanying it they add to becoming food for thought too…
Over the years I have enjoyed Nurturing relationships… Breaking bread in some form and at some point, has been a part of it..
Food releases some interesting, though difficult to pronounce (for me) enzymes.. They reduce anxiety and increase happiness..
The ideal ground for great relationships to find roots.
This Sunday, I highly recommend “Breaking Bread” by my friend Gautam Ganglani 🎤 Virtual Event Curator.
He has explained a phenomenon we all knew existed, but felt guilty to accept.. Lest we be seen as frivolous.
Please note Piloo & Arth Vidyarthi .. Gautam has made me recognise myself as an exponent, whereas earlier I had to clarify my propensity for breaking bread over conversations… !
