Santhosh Prathap Instagram – All these days I’ve been focusing on ways to implement overall fitness and well being during this difficult time at home with the limited resources that we have , and I thought why not conduct a workshop where in I could teach fitness enthusiasts , a calisthenics based program including a balanced dietary schedule. Give yourself a small part of your day with this session and you will not regret . Why do the same boring routine that you can find on the internet, when you can learn and practice a unique and satisfying workout . This program is for people who want to: *Increase muscle definition *Do not have a home gym *Learn new ways to use your body weight to look your best Presenting you #CALIFIT by Santhosh Prathap. It is a 6 day fitness workshop completely based on a zero investment fitness program. A package of 6 sessions is 600 per person. I will be conducting two live sessions in a day. You can choose your convenient timing. One in the morning from 06:15am To 07:00am and evening from 06:00pm To 06:45pm. Those interested can enroll yourself. Classes will be starting form Monday (July 6th) next week. I will be sharing the link to register in my profile . Those interested can check it out.
