Jaime Bergman Instagram – So, I received three different challenges from friends & family within the last couple of hours (see my story). At first, I was feeling a little unmotivated to participate because of all the drastic changes & uncertainty we’ve all had to face in the last few days/weeks. I forced myself to have some fun and escape from the news stations, etc… I can honestly say, I am glad I put effort into participating, because right now I’m feeling happy. I’ve had some time to reflect & think about the good ole days. The period in time when we didn’t rely on so much to make us happy. I hope everyone is dealing with this the best they can. Don’t punish yourself for not being perfect as I did and still do sometimes… just appreciate each breath you take & the moments lived day to day. Just looking at this pic of me is a reminder that time flies.
