You are the reason I have never been afraid of taking risks, you have always told me to live life to its fullest because when you get older your wild heart would live for younger days, to not be afraid if anything goes wrong cz you’ll always be there for me. You gave me the confidence to achieve anything in life as long as I put my heart and mind to it! Before going to college you told me to study well but also make memories and have fun because this is going to be the best time of my life! Sherlin Seth Instagram – Walking the walk of life! “Stay strong” is a regular thing everyone says . But strength doesn’t come from being positive all the time, strength is showing emotions, opening your heart to someone else. We all need to make a more conscious effort to be more sensitive, being sensitive to other’s situation might not be effortless and if you aren’t willing to make that effort you can always redirect them to a psychiatrist but don’t be ignorant, don’t bully them for showing their emotions . Depression is a serious ailment, for someone who has been through it, all I can say is that sometimes you don’t even know what you are going through is depression, the world might not even realise it, not even your closest friends until you yourself do, but when you do, run to a friend or a family member, that’s what I did.
