There have been times when I have been upset with the people around me. But had I continued holding on to those bitter experiences; my life would have been filled with resentment and hatred. I know that all of us go through such disturbing phases at some point in our lives, the times when we feel the world, in general, is insensitive towards our feelings. The times we experience a sense of not being understood or being treated well. However, letting these unpleasant experiences permeate into other areas of our lives or continue beyond that moment, doesn’t do us any good. It doesn’t add any value to our life.
