Dear sir or madam,
I am deeply concerned about a piece of news circulating in Turkey that your manager there, namely Alp Erkin, has been seen shooting the neighbor’s pet dog. After the news spread he tried backpedaling and saying he shot the dog because it bit another woman on the knee. The security videos recorded the incident and he is proven to be not telling the truth. There is also another news that in the past he also shot another dog with a firearm.
There is a campaign against him and your company name has already been associated with this aggressive attack as Alp Erkin is your manager.
I would like to bring the issue to your attention and expect him to be relieved of all duties or you too will be complicit in this ethical breach that would be unacceptable for any respectable corporation.
I don’t think getting your name involved in such animal cruelty would be to your benefit in Turkey, the US, or all over the world.
Thank you for keeping a “code of ethics” for your employees as well as your suppliers and associates overseas. I believe ethics should also include cruelty to animals as well as respecting human rights or taking bribes.
