Sean Faris Instagram – A week in the Rocky Mountains of Northern New Mexico was such a grounding and healing experience. We put away our phones and hiked till we could no longer bare to take another step. Physically exhausted yet spiritually, emotionally, and mentally re-charged I am so grateful to have been able to share in this calming experience. Its so easy to get caught up in all of the distractions that surround us. Sometimes the best medicine is to let go and just “be” at one with and in acceptance of, all the Love that is, Mother Nature.
