Sean Faris Instagram – This story is absolutely heartbreaking. This poor kid did nothing wrong. He broke no laws. He was just different. Simply because he was different he is no longer alive today. The police took it upon themselves to tackle him to the ground and put him in a choke hold because they didn’t understand him. Because he was different! Where do we draw the line?! Clearly police brutality is an issue that stems from within the culture of the departments that these brutal police officers work in. There is no more space for this kind of behavior from those that are supposed to be here to “serve and protect”. That is what police are supposed to do! TO SERVE AND PROTECT!!! Which one of the officers involved in the taking of this young man’s life did either one of those? If anyone actually did their job and served and protected #ElijahMcClain this beautiful, sweet, thoughtful, and kind young man would still be alive today.
