HATHA: If you’re a beginner and prefer to start slow and understand the postures better. In Hatha, you can progress at your own pace & gradually incorporate all the essentials of yoga by following top to bottom sequence of a traditional hatha yoga practice.

ASHTANGA VINYASA: If you prefer to follow the same routine everyday & are more charged up with a disciplined & strict routine. In Ashtanga, you move to the next pose only after nailing the one before it, so you get to practice your weak sides longer than your strong sides in order to progress in a pre-structured series.
VINYASA: If you’re a creative person & love to mix things up in your daily life. In vinyasa, you can pick poses according to your mood or mind & body requirements. More than progress, it’s about flowing & connecting with the body while having some fun as well without any pre-set structure.
YIN: If you prefer to slow down & stay in your pose for slightly longer than constantly moving around. In Yin, your goal is to get to the deeper tissues & fascia in order to lengthen & strenthen it which can also condition your muscles for future practice.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: If you have an injury or any limitations to perform certain poses and are looking to heal & restore the body. In restorative, a prop can help you align & stay in a pose while also letting you feel supported, calm & relaxed.
